Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-23. This Privacy Policy explains what Dark Portal may store and how the information is used to run accounts, the Discord bot dashboard, games, statistics and feedback tickets.
1. Account information
When you sign in, Dark Portal may store provider identifiers, usernames, display names, avatars, profile URLs, email addresses when shared by the provider, account creation time and authentication session data. This allows the portal to recognize your account and show your profile.
2. Discord and guild information
For Discord features, the portal and bot may process information needed to connect your account, guild access and bot configuration. This may include guild identifiers, guild names, selected settings, permission-related information and bot state needed for dashboard tools.
3. Game and stats data
Dark Portal may store game progress, attempts, wins, losses, durations, difficulty choices, puzzle/game modes, match results, activity timestamps and future gameplay statistics. This data is used to display your stats and improve the games.
4. Feedback tickets
Feedback submitted from the Feedback tab may include your account identity, category, message, timestamps and any details you choose to provide. Tickets are used to fix bugs, collect ideas, answer support issues and decide what to improve next.
5. Technical data
The service may process basic technical information such as request times, route usage, authentication status, error logs, status checks, browser behavior needed for the interface and server-side diagnostic information. This helps keep the site working and detect issues.
6. How information is used
Information is used to sign users in, maintain sessions, show profiles, connect bot tools to guilds, save settings, power game statistics, process feedback tickets, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve the project.
7. Sharing and third parties
Dark Portal is not intended to sell personal data. Information may be processed by required services such as Discord APIs, login providers, hosting infrastructure, database storage and server tools used to operate the project.
8. Retention
Data may be kept while your account, guild settings, game progress, stats or feedback history are useful for the service. Some logs or backups may remain for a limited time as part of normal operation.
9. Removal or correction
If you need account data corrected or removed, send a ticket from the Feedback tab. Some data may need to be kept temporarily for security, abuse prevention or technical reasons.
10. Security
The project uses authentication tokens and server-side checks, but no online system is perfect. Do not share tokens, OAuth secrets, bot credentials, passwords or private server information.
11. Children and sensitive data
Dark Portal is not designed to collect sensitive personal data. Do not submit private documents, passwords, payment information, medical data or other sensitive information through feedback or profile fields.
12. Changes
This Privacy Policy may change as new features are added. Major portal areas such as dashboard tools, games, stats and profiles may evolve over time.
