Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-23. These Terms describe the basic rules for using Dark Portal, the Dark Discord bot dashboard, interactive games, profiles, statistics and feedback tools.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing Dark Portal, signing in, using the dashboard, playing games, submitting feedback or inviting the Discord bot, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and authentication
Users may sign in through supported providers such as Discord, Google or Steam. You are responsible for the account you use, the browser session on your device and any actions submitted through your account. Do not share sessions, attempt to access another account, impersonate another user, bypass login checks or misuse provider authentication.
3. Discord bot and guild permissions
Dark bot tools are intended for guild owners, admins, moderators or trusted members who have permission to manage the relevant server settings. You may only configure bot behavior for guilds where you are authorized to do so. Do not use the bot or dashboard for raids, spam, harassment, mass mentions, malicious automation, server disruption, moderation evasion or any action that violates Discord rules or the rules of the guild where Dark is installed.
4. Dashboard configuration
The dashboard may include configuration for bot behavior, moderation utilities, server tools, command options and future guild features. Settings should be used carefully. You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to a guild.
5. Games and fair play
Dark Games are made for interactive play and progression. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate local storage or API responses, submit fake results, automate play, overload endpoints or use tools that unfairly change scores, stats, leaderboards or game state.
6. Feedback, tickets and community conduct
Feedback and support requests should be submitted as tickets from the Feedback tab. Keep tickets respectful, useful and safe. Do not send spam, threats, harassment, hate content, private credentials, tokens, malware, exploit instructions or unrelated advertising. Abusive or unsafe tickets may be ignored, deleted or blocked.
7. Profile and statistics
Profiles and statistics are provided to connect activity, games and account progress. Stats may change while the project is under development. Do not attempt to tamper with stored stats or another user’s profile data.
8. Availability and active development
Dark Portal is an active project. Pages, bot tools, game modes, stats, profile features, rules and visual design may change, break temporarily, be moved or be removed. The service may be unavailable during development, maintenance or hosting issues.
9. Safety and credentials
Never submit Discord bot tokens, OAuth secrets, passwords, private keys or sensitive server secrets through public forms or feedback messages. Keep your own provider accounts, Discord permissions and local environment files secure.
10. Third-party services
Dark Portal may interact with Discord, Google, Steam, hosting providers, databases and other technical services. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, outages or limitations.
11. No warranty
Dark Portal is provided as-is as a community project. It may contain bugs or incomplete features. Use it at your own discretion and keep backups of important configuration where possible.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the portal, bot and game systems grow. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
